Tabii Just Strategies is a boutique consulting firm run by parenting and life partners, Tabitha St. Bernard-Jacobs and Adam St. Bernard Jacobs. TJS is focused on dismantling racism and creating equitable systems with an approach that targets sustainable, long-term change through parenting practices and institutional changes.

Our Services

  • TJS designs and hosts workshops and trainings to equip people who parent with the skills to infuse antiracism in their everyday parenting practices.

  • TJS works with various types of organizations to assess culture in regards to antiracism while building equitable systems that center People of Color and other communities that have been and are currently marginalized.
